Sealing leaks under pressure

Jointly FURMANITE (UK base) and CASPIAN TOOL techni-cians carry out a leak sealing service on-line.

Repair clamps are the split sleeve which can be installed on the dif-ferent sections of pipelines and valves. Moreover the clamps can be fitted while the system is on-line, which means that there is no disruption to production.

The ring clamps are ranging in diameter from 50.4 to 1219.2 mm and in pressure from 60 to 153.2 bar. Depending on the application, it is possible to manufacture clamps for higher pressures and of other design.
